We are looking for a creative, strategic, and UX/UI design–passionate individual who wants to join a growing technology company. · Skills and Attitudes: -Teamwork orientation -Ability to work under pressure -Proactive mindset -Self-directed learning capability -Service-oriented attitude -Results-driven · Work Experience: -2 years of experience in digital / UX/UI design -Responsive web and mobile-first design -Interface design for applications -Knowledge of usability principles and UX best practices · Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in: -Graphic Design -Digital Design -Systems Engineering (with focus on design or frontend) · Job Responsibilities: -Design and document interfaces for web and mobile applications -Create user-centered digital experiences (UX/UI) -Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows -Produce graphic materials and digital presentations -Design flowcharts and improve digital processes for our clients · Knowledge Requirements: -Ability to analyze scenarios and propose design solutions -Experience creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma -Experience working with design systems -Knowledge of editorial design for reports or digital documents · Tools: -Figma -Photoshop -Illustrator -Excel · Benefits: Competitive salary Learning and growth opportunity in a rapidly expanding LATAM company.
