You will be responsible for maintaining strong and positive relationships with them. This includes understanding and meeting their needs, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise within the OEM. You will also **lead** a team of quality inspectors and resident engineers on-site who will be your eyes, hands, and feet to ensure customer quality. You will regularly receive **foreign clients** who will come to supervise our performance and interact jointly with their customers. You will be in **frequent communication – very frequent!** with plant Quality Engineers and supervisors, your work team, Operations Management, and the Administration Department. You will provide **immediate reporting** to our clients on quality issues in a documented manner and manage a software system unique to the organization, which you must ensure is complete and up to date in real time. Your presence and the image you project through your speech, attire, and interaction style will be essential for success. That projection is critical for the role! **SKILLS** Ability to lead your team to achieve positive results. Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish across all channels. Administrative ability to manage financial resources for the operation of your activities. Humility to allow yourself to understand things and verbal ability to express your points coherently. Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word. Ability to follow up and coordinate results with multiple members of the organization. Focus on daily presence and image projected through your attire, speech, and interaction.
