We are looking for a **CCTV and Asset Security Monitoring Analyst** **Job Objective** To continuously monitor the company’s CCTV screens to promptly detect anomalies, operational failures, risky situations, or unusual behaviors, ensuring the protection of facilities, personnel, and assets. **Requirements** Proven experience in CCTV monitoring, control centers, asset security, or internal surveillance. Desirable academic background in Criminalistics, Criminology, Security, Civil Protection, or related fields. Excellent observational skills and ability to maintain prolonged concentration. Attention to detail and sound judgment to identify anomalous situations. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Availability to work rotating shifts. Work location: Obispado, Monterrey. **Main Responsibilities** Monitor CCTV security cameras in real time. Detect anomalies, technical failures, or unusual behaviors. Issue immediate alerts for any incident. Document events with photographic evidence or video screenshots. Prepare daily incident reports and follow-up records. Coordinate with relevant departments for incident response.
