Responsibilities: \* Coordinate, assign, execute, and supervise the proper implementation of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs carried out on systems, machinery, and equipment under their responsibility. \* Assign repair and maintenance tasks in mechanical-building, machinery, equipment, refrigeration, and pest control. \* Establish work schedules to be fulfilled. \* Prepare material and equipment requisitions in the system; validate authorization with Maintenance Management. \* Prepare detailed reports of completed work, materials used, issues encountered, and submit them to the immediate supervisor. \* Report any incidents occurred during the shift immediately to Method Management.
