Job Summary: Building Maintenance Leader focused on supplier management, team coordination, and ensuring building functionality and aesthetics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages suppliers and work teams for services and restorations. 2. Ensures the good condition and functionality of buildings. 3. Provides user support by addressing service requests. Building Maintenance Leader Education: Bachelor's degree or Technical Superior University (TSU) degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering. Knowledge of supplier management, cost and budget control, personnel management, Microsoft Office suite, and industrial maintenance in Facilities areas (electricity, refrigeration, civil works), as well as relevant laws. 1) Manage suppliers for insurance policies and restoration services. 2) Manage assigned work teams. 3) Ensure buildings are maintained in good functional and aesthetic condition. 4) Ensure timely procurement of necessary spare parts to guarantee proper operation of peripheral equipment. 5) Provide user support by addressing service requests.
