*JAR Applied Electronics is a Monterrey-based company with over 40 years of experience, leading the provision of comprehensive technological solutions to improve industrial and business processes.* **Join our team as:** **Implementation Technician (Temporary position for 5 months).** Ensure the successful implementation of technological solutions at client sites by collaborating with consultants and project leaders to tailor solutions to client needs and provide support to end users. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Identify business opportunities within client facilities based on their technical capabilities. \- Execute scheduled tasks following a change control process aligned with client policies. \- Act as the liaison between the manufacturer and the client to resolve issues and report progress and committed activities. \- Deliver detailed presentations regarding committed activities and progress. \- Facilitate communication between the client and the sales team to ensure proper identification and tracking of opportunities with the manufacturer. \- Collaborate closely with sales representatives to stimulate demand for technological services. \- Carry out pre-scheduled after-sales service deliveries through a rigorous change control process. \- Apply knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and resolve client objections. \- Gather client feedback regarding future needs and actively collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements. \- Responsible for conducting and analyzing assessments and health checks on client infrastructure to present a remediation plan and ensure implementation of best practices recommended by the infrastructure manufacturer. Requirements: \* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions. \* Excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and results orientation. \* Ability to work autonomously toward defined objectives. \* Education: Technical professional degree.
