**ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR**
A construction company with over 13 years of market presence and expanding business units (e.g., construction contracting, building materials distribution, and hardware retail) is seeking talent to join its team as:
**Administrative/Operational Coordinator (for Construction Contracting, Building Materials Distribution, and Hardware Retail)**
**Position Objective:**
Ensure proper operational, administrative, personnel, and material resources management to guarantee achievement of organizational goals and processes.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative and operational roles, preferably within construction materials and hardware companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
- Valid Type A driver’s license.
**Responsibilities:**
· Enforce and ensure compliance with the Internal Work Regulations.
· Guarantee and perform inventory control.
· Ensure that small and large equipment, as well as tools used by the construction company, are maintained in optimal working condition.
· Report sales, margins, and administrative and financial balances.
· Procure tools, office furniture, and office equipment for business units.
· Manage payment tracking for business units.
· Track accounts payable and accounts receivable for business units.
· Ensure accurate reconciliation between ERP (CILVI) and bank records.
· Maintain up-to-date ERP (CILVI) tracking for quotations, purchase requisitions, procurement, etc.
· Guarantee timely quotations and procurement required by business units.
· Manage and maintain daily rent tracking.
· Procurement and supply for construction project(s).
**Functions:**
· Opening and closing of the distribution center.
· Maintain updated work plans for the team.
· Properly track utility vehicles (fuel, maintenance, assignments, etc.).
· Coordinate and enhance sales targets.
· Handle opening/closing of sales operations and cash register closing.
· Schedule logistics routes.
· Negotiate with customers and suppliers.
· Attend to internal and external customers and suppliers.
· Schedule maintenance for tools and machinery.
· Enforce penalties for improper use of tools and equipment.
· Manage cash and banking portals (balances, payments, checks, account statements, bank reports, etc.).
· Track and document expenses incurred by business units.
· Support month-end closing activities (tax filings, assembling documentation packages for submission to accounting firm).
· Process official formalities (state/governmental agencies, SAPAL, Megacable, CFE, etc.).

**We Offer:**
· Monthly base salary of $14,000–$16,000 MXN (net), commensurate with experience; bi-weekly payroll; personal loans available after probation period; company parking; statutory benefits; FONACOT and INFONAVIT credit options.
**Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Salary: $14,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month
