Requirements: * Technical degree or verifiable experience in industrial painting. * Experience supervising personnel and painting processes. * Flexible working hours. Technical knowledge and skills: * Time and motion analysis. * Process recording and traceability. * Knowledge of inspection standards. * Paint application systems. * Diagnosis of process defects. * Interpretation of technical data sheets (TDS) and safety data sheets.
