Computer Support and Repair Technician Job Objective We seek a candidate responsible for the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of computer equipment, with a practical and solution-oriented approach. This role is critical to daily operations, requiring autonomy and proven ability to resolve technical issues. Main Responsibilities * Diagnose and repair computers (Windows and Mac) and mobile devices * Install and configure operating systems (primarily Windows and macOS) * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance * Back up data and format devices * Resolve common failures (slowness, viruses, system errors, hardware failures, etc.) * Configure basic networks and peripherals * Assist in reviewing and diagnosing mobile phones (software and common failures) * Document performed services and applied solutions * Respond to internal requests and occasionally external ones Requirements * Technical degree or training in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (advanced student or graduate) * Practical experience repairing devices (freelance, own business, internships, or prior employment) * Knowledge of Windows and macOS; familiarity with mobile phone diagnostics is desirable * Passion for technical work and “getting hands-on” with devices * Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues * Mindset oriented toward learning and growth within an expanding business Especially Valued * Personal experience repairing devices independently * Knowledge of macOS and Apple device diagnostics * Basic experience in mobile phone repair or diagnostics * Speed in detecting and resolving failures * Direct experience working with customers or end users Important Before Applying This is an operational role requiring **independent problem resolution**.
