Thank you for your interest in working with us. We have the following job opportunity for you: Production Operator We are an automotive company specializing in heat treatment of steel parts. Main Job Responsibilities * Verify part quality before and after heat treatment. * Conduct visual inspections of parts to detect potential damage and report any anomalies or incidents involving machines or parts. Specific Job Requirements Women and men aged 18 years or older, committed, eager to learn, with regular attendance, availability to work all three shifts, and completion of secondary or preparatory education. Schedule: Monday to Friday, across three shifts: First shift from 7:00 AM to 4:36 PM; second shift from 4:20 PM to 12:50 AM; third shift from 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM (the third shift ends Saturday at 8:30 AM). We Offer: An initial salary of $2,296.00 gross per week (weekly payment, salary scale, 100% IMSS insurance, direct employment contract, Monday–Friday work schedule, free cafeteria, transportation, and uniforms; monthly attendance bonus of $300.00 for the first month, $400.00 for the second month, and $500.00 for the third month; $500.00 for each absence-free period; if absent, the bonus resets to $300.00; annual no-absence bonus of $1,500.00; grocery vouchers amounting to 7% of the gross salary per month (approximately $600.00); skill-based bonuses; and savings fund enrollment starting at the third month.
