Professional development opportunities Position: Urbanization Resident Location: Puerta Paraíso Silao (in front of GM Automotive) Job Description At Consorcio ARA, a national leader in housing development, we are seeking an Urbanization Resident to supervise and coordinate the infrastructure works for our Puerta Paraíso development in Silao, Guanajuato. The purpose of this position is to ensure proper execution of urbanization works, guaranteeing quality, schedule compliance, and adherence to established regulations and budgets. Requirements University degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Minimum 1 year of experience in urbanization processes. Knowledge of hydraulic, sanitary, and electrical works. Knowledge and handling of topography and level control. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to interpret blueprints. Responsibilities Supervise urbanization works execution in accordance with blueprints, specifications, and technical standards. Prepare construction reports. Review cost estimates, material requisitions, and material control. Supervise contractors, technical staff, and work crews.
