




Job Description. Lead, coordinate, and supervise gym branch operations to ensure high-quality customer service, achievement of business goals, and proper administrative and operational functioning. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise branch opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with established protocols. * Coordinate and lead the staff team (instructors, receptionists, cleaning personnel). * Monitor performance indicators: membership sales, customer retention, customer satisfaction, and facility maintenance. * Implement sales and promotional strategies in coordination with the sales department. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards in the facilities. * Manage inventory of products (energy drinks, water, sports accessories, etc.). * Foster a positive and motivating work environment within the team. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Sports, or Physical Education. * Experience: 2 years in coordination or supervisory roles, preferably in gyms or sports clubs. * Knowledge: Sales, customer service, personnel management, administrative control. * Proficiency in Office software and gym management systems (desirable).
