1. Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) tasks on posted and scheduled work orders. 2. Address open or newly generated requests in the logbook or system, according to the priorities established by the Maintenance Coordinator or Production Supervisor, with the objective of repairing, fixing, and ensuring the proper operation of machines, parts, components, and sections. 3. Schedule activities based on posted PMs and/or work orders generated in the system, reporting to and following instructions from the Maintenance Coordinator or collaborating with Production Supervisors. 4. Interpret equipment and machinery drawings, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, block, and control diagrams to identify and resolve anomalies in the shortest possible time, thereby avoiding or reducing downtime affecting production. 5. Record spare parts and consumables used; report the status of external services for special jobs or projects; and schedule weekly work to ensure all resources required for preventive maintenance are available, as well as request authorization for overtime if needed. 6. Repair parts or spare components that are replaced and taken out of service from machines, in accordance with manufacturer specifications, manuals, or applicable disciplines (mechanical, electronic, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic), provided the part or component is restored to its original designed operational condition. 7. Ensure order, cleanliness, and discipline in their work area to comply with quality, safety, and hygiene standards per company policies. 8. Attend shift handover, reviewing maintenance requests and establishing priorities to fulfill logged work orders. 9. Always work in compliance with safety and hygiene rules and regulations. 10. Act proactively and with a sense of urgency regarding both preventive and reactive maintenance. 11. Carry out scheduled PMs on machines, sections, components, and equipment professionally. 12. Apply inspection and lubrication procedures to machinery and equipment to maintain optimal operating conditions. 13. Apply knowledge of bearings, gear and pulley transmission systems to properly repair and maintain equipment. 14. Apply knowledge of power electronics, digital systems, processor diagnostics and programming (memories, PLCs, HMIs), and industrial electricity across all associated technologies during diagnosis, repair, calibration, adjustments, and monitoring in PMs and reactive maintenance. 15. Report any accident risks or potential equipment, machinery, or building failures to the Maintenance Coordinator and Maintenance Manager to safeguard personnel integrity and company assets. 16. Follow up on special product development and process improvement projects involving the Maintenance Department, fulfilling assigned activities per the plan defined by the General Management and Maintenance Manager. 17. Participate in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S initiatives to help maintain a clean, safe, and productive plant. 18. Accurately, faithfully, and promptly record work performed. **Periodic and Occasional Activities** 1. Support sporadic maintenance of facilities (building). 2. Contribute to safety, cleaning, and hygiene campaigns. 3. Participate in physical inventory counts.
