Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León. **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 5 years of mandatory experience. * Civil works. * Finishes. * Shell-and-core construction. * Bank branches. * RETAIL. **Job Responsibilities** * Conduct supervision visits to active construction sites, following the route pre\-established by the Project Manager. * Supervise, coordinate, and control construction activities performed by contractors across the branch network. * Witness construction-related activities for the branch network and supervise service providers. * Review and validate construction-related work performed at branches. * Monitor and track daily construction schedules and timelines. * Coordinate with specialized and non-specialized contractors to evaluate and recommend future assignments or services. * Ensure all construction activities are carried out correctly and comply with applicable industrial regulations and laws. * Prepare reports related to construction activities for each branch. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Competitive monthly salary ranging from 17,000 to 19,000\. * Permanent full-time employment. * Professional training and development opportunities. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
