Opportunity to generate direct impact on administrative control and operations **Job Description** At Río Grande, we are seeking an Administrative and Finance Manager with an integrated vision, strong leadership, and high control capability to lead the company's administrative-finance structure. The position will be responsible for ensuring liquidity, compliance, document control, inventory reliability, and operational continuity of machinery, facilities, and business units. **Main Responsibilities** · Lead the company’s administrative and financial operations with discipline, control, and monitoring. · Consolidate budgets, cash flow, monthly closings, forecasts, and executive reports for the General Management. · Ensure tax, labor, documentary, and administrative compliance. · Supervise Accounting, Treasury, Human Resources, Warehouses and Inventories, and Maintenance. · Control treasury: weekly cash flow, payments, banks, liquidity, and early warnings. · Ensure inventory reliability: receipts, issuances, cycle counts, physical-system reconciliation, and variances. · Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of factory machinery, facilities, and business units. · Implement internal controls, authorizations, logs, policies, and documentary evidence. · Coordinate with Internal Audit on audits, ERP systems, access rights, and controls affecting the administrative-finance front. · Generate KPIs, executive dashboards, risk alerts, and tracking of corrective actions. **Profile Requirements** **Criterion** **Requirement** **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. **Desirable** Master’s degree, specialization, or diploma in Finance, Taxation, Administration, or Senior Management. **Experience** Minimum 8 years in administrative and finance areas. **Leadership** Minimum 5 years leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating critical departments. **ERP** Experience with Intelisis or a similar ERP system is desirable. **Proven experience in** · Budgeting, variance control, and executive reporting. · Treasury, cash flow, banking, payments, and liquidity control. · Tax, labor, documentary, and administrative compliance. · Internal controls, authorization matrices, logs, and audit-ready evidence. · Warehouses, inventories, cycle counts, stock cards (kardex), and physical-system reconciliation. · Preventive/corrective maintenance of machinery, facilities, and critical assets. · Personnel administration, KPIs, personnel files, and interdepartmental coordination. **Essential Knowledge** * General accounting * Taxes * Treasury and cash flow * Budgeting * Inventories and warehouses * Fixed assets * Maintenance * Document control * Administrative auditing * Management indicators * ERP / administrative systems **Competencies We Seek** · Strong and disciplined leadership · Order, monitoring, and financial judgment · Analytical ability and decision-making skills · Executive communication and negotiation skills · Ability to enforce compliance and maintain controls · Results-oriented focus with emphasis on evidence **Ideal Profile** A candidate with proven experience leading complex administrative structures, capable of working under pressure, streamlining processes, controlling variances, and delivering timely follow-up.
