We are looking for a: QUALITY MANAGER Location: Puerto Interior, Guanajuato We seek a strategic leader with experience in the automotive industry, passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and developing high-performance teams. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive sector * Conversational English is mandatory * Experience leading quality teams * Knowledge and experience in: * Metrology * Customer quality * Shop-floor quality * Supplier quality * KPI management and analysis * Continuous improvement * Core Tools * Problem solving (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, etc.) * Internal and external audits * Quality management systems * Customer requirement handling and follow-up Main Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with quality standards within the plant * Lead customer quality, supplier quality, and shop-floor quality departments * Monitor and ensure compliance with departmental KPIs * Coordinate audits and action plans * Implement continuous improvement strategies * Follow up on customer complaints and requirements * Guarantee compliance with automotive regulations and standards Competencies: * Leadership * Effective communication * Results-oriented mindset * Problem analysis and resolution * Decision-making * Teamwork If you have the required experience and are seeking a new professional challenge within a growing company, we want to meet you.
