**Basic Requirements – Production Assistant (Morning Shift)** **Schedule:** * Morning shift (for example, from 8:00am to 4:00 pm) * Monday to Sunday with one weekday off **Experience:** * Minimum 6 months in kitchen, production area or restaurant (desirable, not essential). * Experience in food preparation will be valued **Desired Knowledge:** * Good hygiene and food handling practices. * Basic use of kitchen utensils and equipment. * Basic knowledge of portions, ingredients and storage. **Skills and Competencies:** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Teamwork and communication. * Service attitude and willingness to learn. * Ability to work under pressure. * Organization and cleanliness in their work area. **Additional Requirements:** * Immediate availability. * Good personal appearance and hygiene. * Valid documentation.
