Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to perform administrative tasks, customer service, and social media management, with sales follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Scheduling and organization of the Executive Management's agenda. **Commercial Assistant** REQUIREMENTS: * Age: 20 to 40 years old. * Valid driver's license. * Ability to drive a standard vehicle. * Minimum education: Completed high school or Technical Superior University degree (TSU). * Strong spelling and writing skills. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or similar roles. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation of vehicle quotations according to customer needs. * Timely follow-up on quotations to close sales. * Sending follow-up emails and post-quotation customer service. * Managing and updating Excel databases. * Providing in-person, telephone, and digital customer service and support. * Verifying validity and proper completion of documents provided by customers. * Promptly notifying customers of errors or inconsistencies in their documentation. * Effective communication with customers, the sales team, and management. * Social media management (responding to messages, prospect follow-up, basic content posting). * Prioritizing tasks with a strong sense of urgency. * Organizing and managing the Executive Management's schedule.
