POSITION OBJECTIVE To lead and supervise all branch operations to ensure profitability, efficiency, and excellent customer service. This includes team management, inventory control, achievement of sales targets, implementation of business strategies, and maintaining a collaborative work environment aligned with company policies and values. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Customer service * Promote sales * Prepare and follow up on quotations * Grow customer portfolio * Conduct inventory counts * Control merchandise stock * Supervise credit customer portfolio * Follow up on project sales * Receive and dispatch goods * Prepare accounting entries * Petty cash handling REQUIREMENTS * Minimum education: Bachelor's degree. * Minimum experience: 2 years as a retail branch manager. * Experience in auto parts stores, hardware stores, home appliances, or industrial sectors is desirable.
