




**Job Description** This position will be responsible for leading and coordinating human talent management strategies to ensure the organization has the right personnel—motivated, trained, and aligned with corporate culture and objectives. Guarantee compliance with key departmental processes while fostering a healthy, productive, and high-performance work environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Strategic talent planning. * Design and implement the annual Human Development Plan aligned with the organization’s strategic plan. * Analyze performance, turnover, climate, and operational needs indicators to support decision-making. * Recruitment and Selection. * Oversee talent attraction processes. * Ensure timely coverage of critical and operational vacancies. * Guarantee adherence to quality standards in interviews, assessments, and screening. * Training and Development. * Design the annual training program. * Implement training, onboarding, and competency development strategies. * Supervise performance evaluations and internal growth programs. * Personnel Administration. * Oversee incidents, contracts, personnel files, hires, terminations, and transfers. * Verify compliance with policies, internal regulations, and labor legislation. * Coordinate internal and external audits related to the department. * Organizational Climate and Culture. * Promote a positive work environment with clear and open communication. * Implement initiatives to strengthen culture, values, and employee well-being. * Address labor conflicts and follow up on sensitive cases. * Compensation and Benefits. * Supervise proper application of salary scales and benefits. * Identify areas for improvement in benefits to enhance talent retention. * Labor Relations and Legal Compliance. * Ensure all HR practices comply with the Federal Labor Law and applicable regulations. * Manage contractual reviews, regulations, and procedures. * Indicator Management. * Monitor KPIs for recruitment, turnover, training, climate, and performance. * Prepare executive reports for senior management. **Academic Qualifications** * Graduate degree or professional certificates in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Talent Management preferred. **Experience** **Minimum 4–5 years in managerial roles within Human Resources or Human Development.** **Experience managing teams, resolving conflicts, and executing strategic processes.** Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Gym discount * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
