




Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to manage and coordinate the acquisition of direct materials, optimizing processes and ensuring timely and high-quality supply. Procurement Coordinator (Direct Materials) We are looking for a professional with procurement management experience to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating procurement of direct materials to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of company objectives. Your role will involve supplier analysis, price and terms negotiation, order tracking, and inventory management. You will serve as the liaison between production and procurement departments, ensuring timely and high-quality supply of materials required for our projects. Job Description: Prior experience in food procurement is required, along with the ability to work in a dynamic, high-demand environment involving packaging materials and preferably raw materials. You must be an organized individual with leadership capability and strategic vision to optimize procurement and supply processes. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure production and supply decisions align with demand expectations. Requirements • Design and execute the supply strategy. * Negotiate robust and sustainable commercial agreements. * Manage domestic suppliers (and preferably international suppliers). * Monitor inventories with a strategic focus (avoid stockouts and overstocking). * Analyze costs and generate measurable savings. * Release and track Purchase Orders in ERP. * Evaluate supplier performance against quality standards. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Intermediate English. Advanced Excel. Minimum 5 years of experience. Working Hours Monday to Friday (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM). Location: Bernardo Quintana Industrial Park.
