Job Summary: Procurement coordinator with experience in supplier negotiation, inventory management, and compliance with quality and environmental standards. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in quality and environmental audits WORK SCHEDULE Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. SALARY 15,500 – 20,500 (Based on experience) BENEFITS Subsidized cafeteria service 23 days of year-end bonus Transportation service Gasoline allowance Attendance bonus: $500 per month Grocery vouchers: $1,000 per month Monthly productivity bonus of $3,000 after the first 3 months REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree Minimum experience: 3 years English: Written and conversational proficiency MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Report results and progress to management and immediate supervisor Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and credit terms Verify material receipt against purchase orders and invoices Develop monthly purchasing plans Receive internal requests for quotation and procurement Prepare monthly purchasing budget Quote production inputs and raw materials Track on-time delivery of purchases Prepare weekly and monthly reports Monitor supplier payments Conduct and follow up on supplier audits Use Ding Talk for payment and procurement approvals Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 environmental criteria Participate in IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 audits Establish purchasing process controls and performance indicators Support achievement of plant objectives and policies . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience Languages: English Age: Between 25 and 55 years Knowledge: Coordination ability, decision-making, quality, procurement management, English, materials, pricing, suppliers, receiving, transportation Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, purchasing officer, responsible person, coordinator, procurement manager, team leader, shopping, purchases, orders, acquisition, procurement
