We seek to integrate into our team a **TRAFFIC EXECUTIVE** with strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and operational leadership to help us manage operations and customer service with a high level of order, control, and efficiency. **Position Objective** Ensure the **accurate execution of assigned customs operations**, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and documentary control of files, punctual tracking of each shipment, and timely customer, authority, and supplier incident response and resolution—ensuring timeliness, service quality, and operational traceability. **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in International Trade or International Business, or related field. **Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience** **Core Competencies:** Oral and written communication, negotiation, teamwork, service orientation, discipline, organization, planning. **Basic Knowledge:** · Customs Law · Documentation required for export and import · Certificates of origin and their application · Calculation of Pedimento taxes · **RECO System** **Functions and Responsibilities to Learn:** **a)** Address customer requests and requirements. **b)** Plan and coordinate shipments. **c)** Track shipments punctually. **d)** Review shipment documents and associated regulations. **e)** Request and review correspondent expense statements. **f)** Request payments on behalf of third parties. **g)** Request invoicing from end customers and for shipment documentation. **h)** Maintain up-to-date information in the RECO system, module "Reference Entries", including shipment dates and data. **i)** Request updated documents from customers for their tax files. **j)** Request documentation necessary to recover guarantee deposits. Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $17,500\.00 \- $21,500\.00 per month Experience: * Customs clearance: 5 years (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
