Job Summary: Logistics and Operations Coordinator to ensure efficient control and tracking of vehicles, routes, and schedules, maintaining constant communication and reporting incidents. Key Responsibilities: Ensure efficient control, tracking, and coordination of vehicle movements, routes, and operational schedules. Maintain constant communication with drivers and internal departments. Report incidents, delays, mechanical failures, or accidents. Coordinate with the maintenance department. Coordinate with logistics and security. Report vehicle status to Management or Operations Coordination. Requirements: Associate degree in Logistics, Transportation, Administration, Operations, or related field. 2\-4 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Intermediate Excel. ERP system experience. Process knowledge. GPS / telematics platform experience, operational reporting, and administrative control. GPS platforms (Wialon, Samsara, Geotab, Omnitracs, Fleet Complete, or similar). FMS / TMS (Transportation Management System). Digital forms / Google Forms / internal systems. Google Maps / Waze / routing platforms. What We Offer: Salary: $18,000 \- $20,000 net per month. 100% IMSS registration. KPI bonus: $1,000 per month. Attendance punctuality bonus.
