**Job Description** Responsibilities: * Prepare baseline budgets and review unit prices (U.P.) * Prepare inputs and unit price cards (U.P. cards) * Perform analysis of U.P. cards * Conduct cost/benefit and other types of analyses * Present budget recommendations for approval * Explain and defend recommendations to management and stakeholders * Collaborate with management to develop a final consolidated budget * Ensure project budget compliance * Suggest improvements to increase benefits (e.g., expense reduction) * Prepare periodic and special reports * Maintain an up-to-date database **Position Requirements** * Proficiency in Opus * Familiarity with OFFICE software suite * Minimum 5 years of experience as a unit price analyst * AutoCAD for drawing review Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Civil Engineering * Age 28 to 30 years Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * Budgeting: 5 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
