**General Summary** Under direct supervision of the Production Supervisor, coordinates the activities of a group of operators focused on productive and support tasks. In coordination with the Production Supervisor, reviews production requirements according to models to be produced. Manages, through the group of Material Planners, that the necessary material is available to meet production plans. Provides support in case of repairs and monitors that all operations are covered. Manages charts related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and visual aids for manufacturing process operations, using the standard work sheet as guidance. Guides the Operator regarding questions about their work; in case of a second shift, provides status updates to the second-shift team leader to ensure follow-up. And all other activities required to perform the function. **Education and Experience Required** * Completed secondary school and/or high school. **Required Competencies** * Leadership. * Basic knowledge of ISO procedures. * Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies, 5S. * Basic knowledge of problem-solving techniques. * Basic knowledge of SAP (production module). * Conflict management. * Communication. * Teamwork. * Ethical conduct guidance. * Team player, Communicative, Organized, Proactive, Mediator, Organized, Availability.
