Additionally, please note that your personal data will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of our Privacy Notice. **JOB OBJECTIVE**: Administer and ensure compliance with training and talent development requirements across the various companies of Grupo PiSA, thereby supporting talent development and retention. **EDUCATION**: Economics or Administrative fields. **EXPERIENCE:** * Execute activities to fulfill training and development requirements or needs (regulatory and/or corporate). * Promote and participate in the continuous improvement of training and talent development processes across the various companies of Grupo PiSA. * Monitor onboarding activities for new personnel joining Grupo PiSA, their assigned department, and their specific role. * Design, implement, and monitor training plans jointly with departments, ensuring compliance with and adherence to applicable requirements. * Execute and monitor Group-wide training and development programs and projects, delivered either in-person and/or virtually. * Support audits (internal and external) and carry out related follow-up activities. **KNOWLEDGE:** Training and Organizational Development (OD) processes Regulatory compliance Audits Microsoft Office Suite — Basic Excel (database handling, tables, and basic formulas). **LOCATION:** Tlajomulco Plant. **WE OFFER:** · Bi-weekly salary payment · Monthly food vouchers · Free transportation · Cafeteria service · Enhanced benefits · Savings fund Selection processes at Grupo PiSA are completely FREE; no one should request any payment from you to participate in our Recruitment and Selection processes.
