Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced trainer to identify training needs, deliver in-person and virtual courses, and maintain records in the telecommunications sector. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to support continuous improvement in training **TRAINER IN THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS AREA** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Experience in a similar position * Knowledge of technical processes in the telecommunications sector * Facilitation skills, group management, and instructional design capabilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and goal-oriented work approach **Responsibilities:** * Identify training needs through diagnostics and performance evaluations * Deliver in-person and virtual training courses to newly hired employees * Administer and analyze knowledge assessments, satisfaction surveys, and training effectiveness evaluations * Conduct onboarding for new employees * Maintain up-to-date training records and reports for internal and external audits * Collaborate with operational and technical departments to ensure training content aligns with current processes * Support continuous improvement initiatives in the training and development area * And others Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in the Telecommunications field?
