Participation in quality management and continuous improvement systems We are **Convertidora Gmv**, a company with over 40 years in the industry specializing in flexible labels and packaging; we are looking for you—join us as: ***Warehouse Assistant*** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed junior high school. * Experience: 6 months as a general helper or in production. * Easy access to the work area "Col. La Tijera, Tlajomulco" (behind Walmart Palomar). * Accustomed to physical labor. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule of 4 days working and 4 days off. **Responsibilities:** \- Transport, maneuver, and store cylinders with caution. \- Record cylinder movements in the logbook. \- Assemble and disassemble requested cylinder stacks. \- Conduct annual physical inventories of cylinders. \- Perform routine cleaning of the cylinder warehouse area and record such activities. \- Participate in achieving departmental objectives, implementing corrective actions, and improvement initiatives for the cylinder warehouse department. \- Participate in maintaining compliance with the quality management system, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), 5S methodology, and environmental protection. \- Prevent any food safety incidents. \- Conduct shift handover in the area. **We Offer:** * Weekly tax-free salary of $2,045\. * Grocery vouchers worth $1,099 monthly. * Savings fund contribution of 10%. * Monthly productivity bonus of $3,000 upon plant-wide target achievement (bonus is $1,000\ for the first three months). * 20 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Company-provided transportation. * A REAL opportunity for growth.
