Main responsibilities: * Continuously supervise goal achievement by monitoring daily sales * Handle customer complaints * Go out on routes to verify proper fuel performance according to indicators * Design and/or restructure sales routes for optimization * Provide support to the Call Center area to ensure timely customer service * Ensure drivers and assistants under your supervision comply with all regulations * Assist in the selection process for new candidates (drivers and cylinder delivery assistants) * Daily cash reconciliation at refueling stations Job requirements: * Experience managing personnel * One year of experience as a delivery route supervisor * Valid driver's license * Experience driving 3.5-ton vehicles * Completed bachelor’s degree (can be incomplete depending on experience) * Reside in Tamazula or nearby towns * Flexible schedule availability Please note that all our personnel selection processes are completely free of charge, and hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications.
