We invite you to join our qualified team at Star Médica Hospital Tlalnepantla as: **Human Resources Generalist** **Requirements:** * Valid degree and professional license. * Knowledge of SAP. * Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Residence near the area (Cuautitlán, Atizapán de Zaragoza, and Tlalnepantla). * Federal Labor Law. * Applicable workplace regulations and standards. * Application of disability leaves and work-related risk procedures (Social Security Law). **Job Responsibilities:** * Review personnel documentation integration and update personnel files for onboarding and recordkeeping. * Register personnel onboarding, offboarding, and organizational changes in SAP. * Manage onboarding and generate error reports in Face Station. * Manage and administer temporary employment contracts. * Prepare forms, employment certificates, employer letters, etc. * Address incidents and disciplinary actions arising from the Integra program, union requests, monitoring reports, and direct sources. * Manage offboarding (separation or resignation) and administer related documentary evidence across departments (checklist, checks, resignation letters, final settlement documents). **We Offer:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Punctuality and attendance bonuses * Grocery vouchers * Hospital discounts * Discounts at department stores, optical shops, restaurants, gyms, bookstores, and more...
