Job Summary: Grupo Azucarero del Trópico is seeking a Bartender to prepare and present beverages, manage bar stock, conduct inventories, and maintain clean work areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the preparation and presentation of beverages. 2. Manage stock, inventories, and orders to suppliers. 3. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of work areas. Grupo Azucarero del Trópico, a national company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of sugar, requires a Bartender for one of its business lines to perform the following activities: \* Ensure the preparation and presentation of beverages based on customers' needs. \* Maintain adequately stocked bar inventory. \* Conduct inventories. \* Be responsible for maintaining clean work areas. \* Be responsible for setting up and maintaining assigned areas in accordance with established standards. \* Control costs and purchase requests for supplies. \* Manage orders to suppliers, ensuring receipt and proper storage of products and supplies. Education: Secondary school or high school diploma with certificate. Experience: Minimum 3 years as a bartender/mixologist (knowledge of beverage preparation [mixology] is essential, and prior experience in this field is required).
