




Activities: * Manage customer accounts on sales commerce platforms such as Mercado Libre, Amazon, etc. * Manage the e-commerce website, Shopify. * Design creation. * Customer service and support. * Sales strategies: promote brand communication across online channels—from e-commerce platforms and social media to marketplaces—maximize sales, drive customer engagement, and grow the brand in the digital environment. Design and implement the brand's digital strategy, define sales objectives and KPIs for digital channels, and develop commercial plans to maximize sales. Manage operations across sales channels, including product catalogs, pricing, inventory, and the e-commerce platform. Perform metrics analysis, negotiate with marketplace platforms, optimize listings, manage inventory and logistics, and propose discount campaigns. Coordinate and collaborate with other business departments. Requirements: * Proficiency in Excel * Experience using commerce networks such as WhatsApp/LinkedIn/Google Ads/Adobe Design) and marketplaces. * Knowledge of Mercado Libre and Shopify * Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho / HubSpot / ClickUp / Pipedrive * Proficiency in any design software * Intermediate English * Professional degree in Digital Marketing or related field. Mastery of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and SEO/SEM, along with marketplace experience.
