What You Will Be Doing:* Developing, executing, and managing validation protocols for equipment and systems used in clinical trials. * Conducting risk assessments and impact analyses to define validation requirements and strategies. * Collaborating with cross\-functional teams to identify validation needs and support the implementation of effective solutions. * Documenting validation activities and ensuring accurate record\-keeping in compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards. * Staying informed about industry best practices and regulatory updates related to validation and quality engineering. Your Profile:* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA) are a plus. * 3\+ years of experience in validation engineering, quality assurance, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or clinical research sectors. * Strong knowledge of validation principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
