At **SEPIVER**, we are looking for a dynamic **Corporate Training Instructor** to lead the development of our institutional competencies. You will be responsible for transforming technical knowledge into practical skills for our operational and administrative staff. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Course Delivery:** Execute in-person and virtual training programs for all organizational staff. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Generate basic certificates and **DC\-3**, ensuring STPS registration remains up-to-date. * **Professional Certification Maintenance:** Keep your **DC\-5** certification current according to company requirements. * **Instructional Design:** Develop engaging and effective manuals, guides, and instructional materials. * **Digital Management:** Administer e\-learning platforms, videoconferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Meet), and departmental databases. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed technical degree or bachelor’s degree. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in similar corporate training roles. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (high-impact presentations). * Experience with document management systems and technological tools (ERP, SIRCE). * Management of e\-learning platforms and videoconferencing systems. **Competencies:** Excellent verbal communication, group facilitation, and organizational/filing skills. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive monthly salary of $15,000\.00\. * Direct and permanent employment. * Growth opportunities within an expanding organizational structure. * Statutory benefits.
