Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Job Objective:** Manage and oversee the tactical and operational processes of the Solution Architecture practice in accordance with the TOGAF reference framework, thereby contributing to the design and construction of enterprise capabilities supporting the company’s success and profitability, aligned with its established mission. The Solution Architect designs technology solutions based on industry-recognized design patterns considered best practices, ensuring that solutions meet business needs, align with the company’s vision, and support the IT strategy to achieve it. **Key Responsibilities:*** Responsible for ensuring that designed technology solutions comply—starting from initial design—with information security controls (Crown jewels), as well as applicable local and group-level regulations and legislation, to promote compliance with key insurance industry concepts (e.g., data privacy, know-your-customer, anti-money laundering, among others). * Responsible for defining technology strategies and positions, based on market trends and aligned with business and company needs. * Responsible for providing technical direction for project implementation. * Responsible for distributing workloads, resolving conflicts, identifying risks, and mitigating them to ensure achievement of expected objectives for each program. * Responsible for resolving conflicts and discrepancies arising during assignments to ensure fulfillment of defined project objectives. * Responsible for leading and managing a team dedicated to solution architecture tasks. * Scope covers large-scale projects and entire functional domains. **Requirements:*** Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems Engineering (completed). * Language: Advanced English (mandatory). * Type and Duration of Experience: 3 years’ experience as a Solution Architect. Extensive experience in design patterns.
