A leading telecommunications company is looking for your talent to join our team as a Central Operations Coordinator performing the following activities: * Monitor and supervise all daily operations within the district to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. * Problem resolution. * Control timing and movements of field resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. * Validate technicians' service delivery information both remotely and through on-site route visits. * Report technician attendance at the beginning of the day together with the field coordinator and district leader to ensure smooth daily operations start. * Monitor and control support index through daily tracking. * Attend coordination meetings with support departments to foster synergy and teamwork. What you need is: * Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or related field. * Advanced Excel skills. * Age between 25 and 35 years old. * Experience managing personnel. * Knowledge of Fiber Optic Networks, FTTH technology preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Full availability for working hours.
