Job Summary: We are seeking a Installation Assistant with masonry knowledge to provide technical and operational support for assembling structures and solar modules. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work in the photovoltaic installation sector **General Description:** We are looking for a person with masonry and solar panel installation knowledge, and an excellent service attitude, to join our photovoltaic installation team. As an Installation Assistant, you will provide technical and operational support for assembling structures and solar modules. **Responsibilities:** * Loading, unloading, and organizing materials and solar panels. * Supporting the assembly of aluminum structures and securing modules on roofs or metal structures. * Assisting in conduit piping installation and basic electrical wiring. * Cleaning the work area and securing tools at the end of the shift. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical high school diploma (preferably in Electricity, Electromechanics, or related fields). * **Experience:** Not mandatory, but prior experience in construction, basic electricity, or use of hand tools (drill, angle grinder, wrenches) is valued. * **Physical Abilities:** Ability to work at heights and under direct sunlight. Good physical condition to carry moderate loads. * **Personal Qualities:** Punctuality, teamwork, and focus on industrial safety. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) **We Offer:** Project-based bonuses Salary: $2,200.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
