Collaborates in audits and proposes improvements to pre-payroll processes Job Objective The Pre-Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all activities related to the preparation and review of staff pre-payrolls. This role is critical to ensuring that all employees receive their payments accurately and on time, in compliance with applicable internal policies and legal regulations. Responsibilities: * Review and verify the accuracy of attendance records and hours worked. * Coordinate with other departments to collect and validate data required for pre-payroll processing. * Calculate deductions, overtime hours, bonuses, and other applicable payroll components. * Ensure compliance with current labor and tax laws governing payroll. * Prepare pre-payroll reports and analyses for senior management. * Resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries related to pre-payroll. * Maintain up-to-date employee records and pre-payroll files. * Collaborate in internal and external payroll audits. * Propose process improvements for pre-payroll to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience handling pre-payroll or in a similar role. Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in payroll management software and ERP systems. * Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools. * Familiarity with labor and tax legislation applicable to payroll. Skills: * Attention to detail and data accuracy. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
