Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and attentive security guard for a residential condominium, responsible for surveillance, reception, and emergency assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Effective communication and service-oriented attitude SECURITY GUARD FOR RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM BASIC SKILLS * **Surveillance and attention to detail** * **Responsibility and reliability** * **Ability to respond** * **Observation and memory** * **Decision-making** * **Problem-solving** * **Effective communication** * **Service-oriented attitude** RESPONSIBILITIES * Receiving and delivering packages * Receiving and delivering items on behalf of residents and management * Announcing arrivals and departures * Monitoring order in the parking area upon entry of residents' vehicles, visitors, and suppliers * Handling basic elevator emergencies, such as door opening/closing or other issues * Granting access to visitors and suppliers * Accompanying suppliers to floors * Reporting unusual incidents or matters related to maintenance, order, and cleanliness of the Condominium via logs and to the administrative office * Others \- Preferably with experience in condominiums and/or hospitality. \- 12-hour shifts We offer: \- Net salary: $10,500\.00 \- Statutory benefits \- Free uniforms \- Ongoing training PLEASE INCLUDE A PHOTOGRAPH IN YOUR CV.
