Job Opening: HVAC Specialist Technician **INSEAAC SA DE CV** is seeking responsible and detail-oriented technicians to join its team of experts for the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial air conditioning systems. **What are we looking for?** We seek someone who does not merely "install air conditioning," but who understands the importance of proper technical installation to ensure energy savings for the customer. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Equipment Installation:** Assembly of Split, Multi\-Split, and Inverter (Mini-Split) systems. * **Maintenance:** Execution of preventive services (deep cleaning, pressure checks) and corrective services (fault diagnosis, compressor replacement, electronic board replacement). * **Electrical Diagnosis:** Voltage and amperage measurement, wiring inspection to ensure optimal operation. * **Refrigerant Charging:** Proper handling of refrigerants (R410A, R32\) in accordance with safety standards. * **Customer Service:** Explaining basic equipment operation and energy-saving recommendations. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in installations and repairs. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency with tools (vacuum gauge, pressure gauges, vacuum pump, multimeter). * **Education:** Technical degree in Refrigeration, Electricity, or related field (preferred). * **Values:** Extreme punctuality, honesty, and cleanliness at the worksite (use of drop cloths, waste collection). * **Bonus:** Basic knowledge of residential electricity or solar panels. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on qualifications. * Uniforms and personal protective equipment. * Ongoing training opportunities in new technologies and energy efficiency. * Excellent working environment within a growing company.
