




Important company in the hospitality industry is looking for a: COOKS Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 6 months in the position or in a similar role. * Education: Completed secondary school (desirable). Skills: o Proactivity and ability to work independently. o Organization and attention to detail. o Responsibility and commitment. o Ability to work as part of a team. o Creativity in dish presentation and preparation. o Skills in meat cutting, seafood handling, and chicken preparation. Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook food following hotel recipes and standards. * Ensure all dishes are prepared with correct ingredients and presented attractively and consistently. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and kitchen equipment. * Assist in food inventory management, reporting any shortages or ordering needs. * Comply with all food hygiene and safety regulations to ensure a safe and healthy working environment. * Collaborate with other cooks and restaurant staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service. We Offer: * Gross monthly salary: $9,771.3 (before tax) + grocery vouchers of $390.84 per month + tips (occasionally provided by guests). * Benefits: o All standard legal benefits (IMSS from the first day of employment, 12 days of vacation, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus, etc.). * Schedule: o Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. o One weekday day off (according to operations). * Location: o Col.
