Responsibilities * **End-to-end project development**: conceptual, schematic, and construction documentation (drawings, details, specifications). * **Interdisciplinary technical coordination** (structures, MEP, HVAC, voice/data) and deliverables management. * **Quantification and costing**: take-offs and basic budget control. * **Construction supervision**: quality verification. * **Coordination with suppliers and consultants**, tracking samples and approvals. * **Client presentations**: presentation boards, renders, materiality boards, and design decision rationale. * **Team management and leadership**: coordination and mentoring of junior architects, ensuring team work quality and consistency. Technical Requirements * **Revit (advanced)** – BIM modeling, families, views, and construction-ready sheets. * **AutoCAD (advanced)** – standardized drawings and construction details. * **Lumion** – basic/intermediate renders and walkthroughs. * **Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator** – post-production, diagrams, presentation board layout. * **Construction supervision** – quality control. Profile * **Experience:** **3 to 5 years** in similar roles (single-family, multi-family, and commercial projects). * Strong **aesthetic judgment** and **technical rigor**; attention to detail. * Ability to **self-manage**, lead, and communicate clearly (written and visual). * Preferred: familiarity with **local regulations**, construction programming, and client interaction.
