**Description** We are looking for an **Accountant** who wants to join a solid team, focused on order, control, and continuous improvement of financial and accounting processes. **We do not request any payment for the selection process; do not be surprised.** ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (graduated or advanced student) * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of general and tax accounting * Experience with accounting systems (Contalink or others) is desirable * Organized, analytical person with a strong sense of responsibility ***Responsibilities*** * Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded * Update accounts receivable and issue invoices * Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations and CFDI control * Prepare and review balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in accordance with legal and company accounting and financial guidelines * Assist with expense reviews, payroll records, etc., as assigned * Update financial data in databases to ensure information is accurate and immediately available when needed * Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports * Prepare monthly/annual closings * Carry out accounting projects * Coordinate with administrative and tax departments * Monitor tax obligations (SAT, IMSS, etc.) ✨ We offer job stability, continuous learning, and the opportunity to grow within a family-owned company undergoing professionalization.
