




**Job Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper **integration of administrative files and contractual deliverables**, guaranteeing documentary, operational, and administrative compliance with clients, suppliers, and internal departments, under high standards of control, order, and traceability. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the **integration, validation, and safekeeping of physical and digital files**, in accordance with internal and contractual guidelines. * Ensure the proper **integration of administrative deliverables** required by contract (documentation, reports, evidence, invoicing, and matrices). * Supervise and track **administrative processes related to contracts, services, and suppliers**. * Validate administrative documentation and supporting materials for **invoicing, service orders, and cost control**. * Coordinate activities related to **document control, inventories, and data matrices**. * Maintain constant communication with operational, legal, and administrative departments to ensure compliance. * Prepare and review **administrative and tracking reports**. * Guarantee compliance with established timelines, formats, and documentary requirements. * Support internal audits and documentary reviews. **Profile Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, Business Management, or a related field (degree holder or intern). **Experience:** * Minimum **2 years in administrative or coordination roles**. * Demonstrable experience in **file integration** and **contractual deliverables**. * Experience handling documentation for clients, suppliers, or government agencies. **Technical Knowledge:** * Document control and archiving. * File and deliverables integration. * Contract and service administration. * Invoicing and documentary validation (desirable). * Intermediate Excel (databases, control, and reporting). **Key Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Critical thinking and problem-solving. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Administrative follow-up and control. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Job stability. * Professional development within a structured, highly responsible environment. * Continuous training in administrative and contractual processes.
