Additionally, to plan, control, and verify that materials and services are acquired in accordance with the company's requirements and guidelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Comply with the manuals and procedures of **El Gigante de los Azulejos y Mármoles**. * Monitor compliance with internal controls to improve procurement process efficiency. * Ensure absolute transparency in administrative transactions. * Review purchase requisitions to ensure compliance with established guidelines and request necessary quotations. * Analyze and assess procurement process risks. * Suggest commercial terms to the Administration Manager to improve the company's liquidity. * Evaluate and select strategic suppliers. * Draft supplier contracts when necessary. * Generate purchase orders and track them promptly until receipt and payment. * Acquire items and services meeting required quality standards, verifying proper receipt. * Supervise and update the catalog of items, services, and suppliers. * Deliver the corresponding Master Procurement Control Report to the Administration Manager. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years of experience in the area as Procurement Manager**. * Knowledge of Management Systems, Finance, Distribution, Inventory Management, Risk Analysis, and Procurement Management Models. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Residency in Veracruz Puerto. **We Offer:** * Base salary commensurate with experience. * Salary growth opportunities. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and professional development. * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Fixed rest day on Sundays.
