You will provide strategic guidance and support on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement. You will report directly to our HR Director and you’ll work out of our Chihuahua location on an On\-site work schedule. * Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support * Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement * Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support * Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations * Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions * Oversee employees services (cafeteria, etc) **YOU MUST HAVE** * Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR management or a related role. * Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development. * Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
