Opportunity for development in data analysis and management Logistics and Operations City: VERACRUZ Publication Date: Apr 8, 2026 Schedule: Mixed Description: OPERATIONS ASSISTANT Role: OPERATIONS ASSISTANT Verify and report route reconciliations for TR1 and TR2 (Pickup/Delivery) to guarantee the entry and exit of items from units and the platform at the COP, ensuring continuous traceability and preventing item theft, as well as supporting general administrative tasks for operational control. Execute route reconciliations for TR2 and TR1\. Verify that all routes entering/leaving the COP reflect identical quantities of item entries/exits—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensure the Operator signs acceptance for any discrepancy. To prevent item theft.2\. Obtain information regarding items with reconciliation discrepancies on TR1 and TR2\. Identify each manifest with an incident, question the Operator, and require immediate delivery of that item. To ensure all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain traceability.3\. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Register, locate, and manage all pending shipments awaiting dispatch to Route on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and verify that all items have a pending record on the platform.4\. Analyze fuel performance for TR2 routes\. Conduct daily audits for fuel loading control (high and low performance). To provide information to the Supervisor to prevent improper use and fuel theft.5\. Report to the Supervisor the results of TR1, TR2 reconciliations and fuel performance audits. Document and submit the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits. So the Supervisor can take corrective and/or preventive actions with the Operator/Route experiencing incidents to avoid recurrence. Require immediate delivery of the missing item, along with the Operator’s TR2 / Route Assistant’s signature of acceptance for the reconciliation incident. Determine, based on analysis, which TR2 routes to audit for fuel performance. Manage the location of pending items on the platform. Follow-up on sanctions for reconciliation incidents on TR1 and TR2\.1\. Supervisor: To specifically track the results of TR1, TR2 reconciliations and fuel performance audits.2\.
