Execute route reconciliations for TR2 and TR1\. Verify that all routes entering/leaving the COP reflect identical quantities of item entries/exits—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensure the Operator signs acceptance for any discrepancy. To prevent item theft.2\. Obtain information regarding items with reconciliation discrepancies on TR1 and TR2\. Identify each manifest with an incident, question the Operator, and require immediate delivery of that item. To ensure all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain traceability.3\. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Register, locate, and manage all pending shipments awaiting dispatch to Route on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and verify that all items have a pending record on the platform.4\. Analyze fuel performance for TR2 routes\. Conduct daily audits for fuel loading control (high and low performance). To provide information to the Supervisor to prevent improper use and fuel theft.5\. Report to the Supervisor the results of TR1, TR2 reconciliations and fuel performance audits. Document and submit the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits. So the Supervisor can take corrective and/or preventive actions with the Operator/Route experiencing incidents to avoid recurrence.
