You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors, and operations personnel. **How you will contribute** You will: * Partner with and enable line leader(s) to deliver SQCDSM targets—Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale—for the lines, ensuring process stability; participate in DMS—Daily Management Systems meetings at the shift and line levels * Own the technology and process, as well as centerline settings for equipment and processes, and demonstrate deep technical mastery of the process and equipment; own the PM—Progressive Maintenance systems and work processes, and the PM—Progressive Maintenance Key Performance Indicators for the line(s), along with Centerline Management systems; own the R&M—Repairs & Maintenance budget for the line * Develop, own, and execute the line(s)’ preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans, and build team capability to execute them independently; build (spend at least 50% of time on) technical and maintenance skills of technicians working on shifts so they can operate and maintain their equipment independently; be part of the PM Pillar, own all PM systems and work processes at the line level, and lead some of them at the department level * Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks; be responsible for Change Management on the line(s), localization of spares, proper breakdown analysis, and R&M cost reduction for the line(s); represent the department/line(s) as the site technology owner in regional and global technology forums * Assist in VSU for new initiatives and enable the VSU team; help the line leader with internal and external benchmarking and reapplication; serve as subject matter expert on one of the component categories and as trainer for PM-related topics for the plant **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, along with the following experience and knowledge: * Advanced knowledge (including AM—Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems and Progressive Maintenance Step 3) and skill to maintain dedicated equipment(s) at basic conditions independently, including execution of AM & PM (BD—Breakdown Maintenance, Planned Maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s), and TPM—Phase 3 & 4 problem-solving tools * Capability to lead the Role for the Line; qualify and coach next-level SWP owners; drive common opportunity areas across the line using the PDCA—Plan Do Check Adjust approach * Capability to act as Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for members, coaching team members on performance management and career development **Requirements for the Position**3–5 years of experience in reliability engineering. Solid knowledge of RCM, RCA, PM, FI, criticality analysis, and predictive maintenance. Advanced proficiency in SAP PM/APM, Power BI, and maintenance management tools. Knowledge of predictive monitoring tools. Knowledge of basic statistics (MTBF, MTTR, Pareto, Weibull). Technical English is desirable. **About the Position** Lead the comprehensive asset reliability strategy within the plant, ensuring systematic elimination of failures, increased MTBF, reduced MTTR, and predictive coverage of critical equipment, through disciplined application of IL6S–PM, TPM, RCM, RCA pillar methodologies and technical analysis tools. Be responsible for driving the “Zero Breakdowns” culture by implementing predictive maintenance programs, root cause analysis, and medium- and long-term reliability plans.
