




Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage transportation and human resources, ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-effective textile delivery and collection. We require: **Logistics Supervisor** **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree. * Two years of experience (in managing cargo units and administrative activities). * Availability for travel and flexible working hours. * Valid driver's license for cargo units is mandatory. **Knowledge:** * Advanced Excel. * Microsoft Office suite. * Administrative knowledge. * Federal Traffic Regulations. * SAP ERP system. * GPS satellite tracking. * Mobile device data entry. * Personnel management. **Responsibilities:** * Assign transportation and human resources to guarantee safe, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery\-collection routes. * Receive and verify return documentation (delivery notes, collection records, vouchers, returns, etc.) to validate the effectiveness of the delivery\-collection process. * Receive and verify all work tools (printer, phones, PPE, accessories, etc.), ensuring the delivery\-collection process complies with our established procedures and quality standards. * Verify transportation performance results to ensure service quality. * Validate cleanliness of transportation units to ensure compliance with our hygiene and image standards. * Supervise and verify that outgoing documentation matches the delivered products, thereby guaranteeing correct product delivery and customer satisfaction. * Request and provide uniforms and PPE to personnel to ensure operations are conducted safely and in accordance with our image standards. * Prepare weekly incident reports (absences, tardiness, disabilities, vacations, compensatory days, etc.) for weekly payroll processing of assigned personnel. * Evaluate the performance of assigned personnel to maintain service quality standards. * Conduct workplace accident investigations and implement appropriate corrective actions to prevent future incidents and uphold our safety policy. * Efficiently administer and control assigned financial resources (petty cash) to uphold our values of austerity and honesty. * Generate operational indicators and reports for analysis and decision-making. **Our offer is MXN 15,000 gross per month (weekly payment).** Food vouchers equal to 7% of the assigned salary.
